아동 안전 표준

Festae(이하 "서비스")는 코스프레·행사·굿즈·동인 문화를 즐기는 이용자를 위한 커뮤니티 서비스입니다. Festae는 아동에 대한 모든 형태의 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)를 용납하지 않으며, 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)의 게시·유통을 금지합니다.

1. 금지 행위

다음 행위는 Festae에서 엄격히 금지되며, 적발 시 예외 없이 조치합니다.

• 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)의 게시, 공유, 전송, 저장, 링크 유포
• 아동을 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상으로 암시하는 이미지·영상·일러스트·텍스트의 게시
• 아동에 대한 그루밍, 성적 목적의 접근, 유인 또는 만남 시도
• 아동의 성적 착취를 조장·미화·정당화하는 콘텐츠 또는 이를 목적으로 한 커뮤니티 활동
• 아동 성착취물의 거래, 중개, 광고 또는 그와 관련된 정보의 교환

실존 아동뿐 아니라 아동으로 인식될 수 있는 가상의 인물을 성적으로 묘사한 콘텐츠도 동일하게 금지합니다.

2. 신고 방법

이용자는 앱을 벗어나지 않고 다음 경로로 아동 안전 관련 우려사항을 신고할 수 있습니다.

• 게시글·댓글·꿀팁 — 우측 상단 메뉴 → 신고
• 프로필 — 우측 상단 메뉴 → 신고
• 채팅 메시지 — 메시지를 길게 눌러 → 신고
• 거래 매물 — 우측 상단 메뉴 → 신고

신고 시 사유를 선택하고 화면 캡처 등 증빙 이미지를 함께 제출할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 차단 기능으로 특정 이용자의 게시물·댓글·프로필을 즉시 비노출 처리할 수도 있습니다.

3. 조치

신고를 접수하거나 위반 사실을 인지한 경우 Festae는 다음과 같이 조치합니다.

• 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 삭제하고 외부 노출을 차단합니다.
• 게시 계정을 영구 정지하고 재가입을 제한합니다.
• 대한민국 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관 및 관계 기관에 신고하고 조사에 협조합니다.
• 법령이 정하는 기간 동안 관련 자료를 보존합니다.

4. 가입 연령

Festae는 만 14세 미만의 가입을 허용하지 않습니다. 가입 시 생년월일을 확인하며, 만 14세 미만으로 확인된 계정은 이용을 제한합니다.

5. 관련 법규 준수

Festae는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국의 아동 안전 관련 법규를 준수하며, 서비스가 제공되는 각 국가 및 지역의 아동 안전 법규를 준수합니다. 법령에 따른 신고 의무를 이행하고 관계 당국의 요청에 협조합니다.

6. 아동 안전 담당자

Festae는 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠 방지 관행 및 규정 준수에 관해 설명할 수 있는 담당자를 지정하고 있습니다.

Festae (festae.kr, operated by Festae) is a community app for cosplay, events, and fan culture. Festae has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors (including fictional characters who appear to be minors), grooming, and any solicitation or trade related to the sexual exploitation of children.

Users can report child safety concerns without leaving the app: posts, comments, tips, profiles, and trade listings have a report option in the top-right menu, and chat messages can be reported by long-pressing the message. Reports may include screenshots. Users can also block other users. Urgent concerns can be sent to sea0080ff@gmail.com.

When Festae becomes aware of violating content, it removes the content, permanently suspends the account, reports to law enforcement and relevant authorities as required by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and preserves records for the period required by law. Festae does not allow users under 14 to sign up (date of birth is checked at registration).
